The competition among Chinese textile and apparel companies is being transferred to the state of competition between supply chains. For future development, Chinese textile and apparel industry should focus on the industrial reconstructuring, breaking through Bullwhip Effect and establishing equal cooperation mechanism of supply chain. Chinese textile and apparel industry should also conform to the trends of global textile and apparel supply chain, initiatively improve self-adjusting ability of supply chain and finally grasp the development opportunity.
