Abstract: This paper introduces research and applications of functional nanofiber composite spinning for functionalizing cotton products, and elaborates on the technical route and implementation methods for cross-scale spinning of nanofibers and cotton fibers. Through investigation and practical case analysis, the research progress and development outcomes of various all-cotton nanofiber-based functional products were examined, including antibacterial, mite-resistant, multi-source heat-generating, cooling, mosquito-repellent, odor-eliminating, and plant-based composite functionalities. The future development directions of all-cotton nanocomposite functional products are also projected.
