Abstract: The paper systematically reviews the development of smart wearable textiles. It emphasizes analyzing breakthroughs in sensor integration, nanomaterial applications, and energy management. Through case studies, it highlights practical applications in medical and health monitoring, sports and fitness optimization, and industrial protection. It also identifies four major future trends for smart wearable textiles:multifunctional integration, personalization and customization, sustainable development, and intelligent networking. These trends offer new paths for advancing the textile industry and enhancing smart living.
