Abstract: This paper first analyzes the production process of textured cotton fabric and the causes of linear wrinkles, and then takes 60S cotton textured fabric with linear wrinkles as an example to put forward the method to improve and eliminate wrinkle defects and improve the fabric quality. Through an orthogonal test, the best technical parameters to eliminate wrinkles in the air cylinder and ensure the textured style were determined. In the end, the paper puts forward the control measures and suggestions for preventing linear wrinkles in the processing of this kind of textured fabric.
