Abstract: The paper focuses on addressing the issues of colored spots and color bars that occur during the dyeing and finishing process of Disperse Blue 354. It examines how the use of a leveling agent affects the dyeing performance of Disperse Blue 354. Results indicated that the impact of various leveling agents on the dispersibility and diffusibility of dyes varied, and there was a synergistic effect when combining anionic and non-ionic surfactants. Thereinto, the addition of the leveling agent TF-213HA significantly improved the dyeing performance of Disperse Blue 354. And the fabric surface shows good uniformity.
