Abstract: Compared with needle-punched electrostatic cotton, spunlaced nonwovens for air filtration are of small pores and good uniformity. Compared with melt-blown filter materials, spunlaced nonwovens for air filtration are of low ventilation resistance and high dust loading rate. The product can be used as the core layer and filling layer of disposable surgical masks, primary or intermediate air filter material, and the pre-filter of high-efficient air filtration.
