Abstract: In order to improve the elastic recovery of lightweight shirting with the help of double filament core-spun yarn, the effect of the draft ratio of the elastic core, the types of the supporting core, their contents, and the contents of the double filament core-spun yarn in the fabric on the elastic recovery of the fabric is studied. The results show that the draft ratio of the elastic core has little effect on the elastic recovery of the double filament core-spun yarn fabric; while different types of supporting cores have great influence, of which the optimal combination is T400+ Lycra? double filament core-spun yarn; the higher the content of supporting core in double filament core-spun yarn, the better the elastic recovery performance of the fabric; the higher the double filament core-spun yarn content in a single direction, the better the elastic recovery of fabric.
