Research on the Causes and Preventive Measures of Fixation Color Staining on Nylon Fabrics

Abstract: By analyzing the color staining on nylon fabrics after fixation via SEM and FTIR, the results show that the acid dye-fixing agent is the main component of speckles. The orthogonal experiment reveals that in the fixation process of nylon fabric, hard water, and cationic or non-ionic acid leveling agents mainly precipitate the fixing agent. And further research shows that adding optimization agent TF-257N in the fixing process can effectively prevent the fixation color staining.
