Abstract: By taking spun-dyed nylon fiber as the raw material, this study explores its innovative application in apparel fabrics through different fiber combinations, weave designs, and weaving and dyeing technology. The experiment results show that spun-dyed nylon fiber solves the pain points in the application of ordinary dyed nylon fabrics, such as the poor color fastness to soaking, and film surface staining, and improves the appearance richness and wearing experience of the fabric. In doing so, the study provides innovative development ideas with a practical reference value to meet the multiple needs of consumers.
