Abstract: In order to standardize the evaluation of the durability of conductive nanocarbon composite yarns in the weaving or wearing process, the test methods characterizing the wear resistance and the washability of conductive nanocarbon composite yarns were studied. The results show that the wear resistance of two different conductive yarns was tested repeatedly by using the self-made abrasion-proof test equipment, and its test error was about ±1.02%. And the influence of washing times on the washability of conductive yarns was studied based on the standard test method. Considering experiment efficiency and accuracy, 10 times washing is more suitable with ±0.47% of test error. The repeatability of the measuring results is reasonable.
