Abstract: Continuous automatic production of decator is one of the development trends of decatizing technique. Related research is of great value to improve spinning efficiency and quality. The paper transformed the parameters of productivity and reliability into technical contradictions and then obtained the recommended innovation principles via the contradiction matrix. In the end, improved the design and research of the continuous decator based on TRIZ innovative principle. In doing so, specific structural schemes are summarized and deduced. And the continuous decator that meets the technological requirements is finally designed.
