Abstract: In this paper, a new kind of unidirectional moisture-management knitted fabric for police physical training clothes was developed by using 83.3 dtex / 72 f DTY modified polyester filament as the outer layer of the fabric, and 55.6 dtex / 36 f DTY polyester filament as the inner layer. The material selection, weaving technology, dyeing and finishing process of the fabric were introduced in detail, and the basic properties of the fabric were tested. Results indicated that the fabric has good unidirectional moisture management and excellent wearability, which can meet the requirements of wearing comfort of police physical training clothes.
