Abstract: This paper briefly describes the necessity of the design of the Sadaer^TM roving twist factor. By comparing and analyzing the yarn strength and elongation, yarn evenness, hairiness index and other indicators for different twist factors, the paper studies the influence of the roving twist factor on the key indicators mentioned before. Results showed that the twist factor has a greater influence on the yarn strength and evenness but has a small effect on the yarn hairiness. As the twist factor increases gradually within a certain range, the strength and evenness of the yarn can be effectively improved. Therefore, high-quality yarn with improved evenness and less hairiness can be got.
