Abstract: On the basis of high-temperature hot-air dry spinning technology developed by the previous research group, graphene oxide fibers with different twists were prepared by the on-line twisting control device. And then, graphene fibers with a stable twist were obtained by reduction. This paper analyzes the morphology and mechanical properties of the graphene fibers with different twists and tests their electrochemical properties. Results showed that the twisted graphene fiber is flattened and curled inward because of the extrusion of the outer layer, which increased the mechanical properties to a certain extent and endowed the fiber with higher flexibility. When the twist of graphene fiber is 270 r/10 cm, the elongation at break of the fiber reaches 17.15%. And the electrochemical test indicated that the specific capacity of the fiber is 12.4 mF/cm2 at 80 μA, which can be used as a flexible electrode material.
