Abstract: In order to further improve the comprehensive performance of PA6 filament, graphene/PA6 POY filament was prepared by melt spinning, and then PA6 DTY filament with excellent properties was produced by drawing and false twisting the modified PA6 POY filament. In addition, the effects of graphene content, spinneret, spinning temperature, and other process conditions on the preparation of graphene/PA6 POY filament with different linear densities were discussed. And the speed of texturing,draw ratio, and D/Y in the subsequent texturing in the DTY process were also discussed. The results showed that graphene was uniformly dispersed in the PA6 matrix, and graphene/PA6 DTY had excellent electrical conductivity, mechanical properties, and antibacterial properties.
