Abstract: The paper introduces vehicular hydrogen storage and hydrogen fuel cell technology, that is,the research and application of polymers nanofibers in composite pressure vessels for hydrogen storage,hydrogen fuel cell membrane and electrode, and put forth the technology innovation and localization approach.
