Abstract: This paper carried out an experiment on regenerated cellulose fiber shirting from the aspects of fabric design, the dimensional change rate of steam ironing, fabric setting, environmental conditions, and garment process design, etc. Results showed that the dimensional change rate of steam ironing of polyester/Lyocell blended fabric and cotton/Lyocell blended fabric increase with the rise of Lyocell fiber content. In addition, the relative humidity of the environment also has a significant impact on the dimensional change rate of the fabric. In doing so, the paper provides reference data for the fabric process design, and provides a reference basis for the setting of the temperature and humidity of the shirt production and storage environment.
