Abstract: In the context of the complex and changeable world economic situation, cooperation of regional value chain will pose a challenge and opportunities for the fashion transformation of Shaoxing traditional textile industry. Based on the “trade generation” effect produced by the RCEP regional value chain, this paper deeply analyzes the comparative advantages of Shaoxing textile and fashion industry development, studies the feasibility path for its future leaping development, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, so as to provide a reference for the development of the textile and fashion industry in Shaoxing and the Yangtze River Delta.
