Abstract: The paper discussed the structure and working principle of the JWF1111 type uniaxial opening machine, introduced its technical characteristics, and analyzed its indexes of noil, card sliver, and yarn. The data analysis showed that the JWF1111 type uniaxial opening machine has excellent noil quality, high cost performance, reliable equipment performance, and easy cleaning and maintenance.
