Abstract: The paper carried out research on the effect of resin content of fabric in the pretreatment process and moisture crosslinking on the easy-care property and resin content of the fabric. Results showed that the two-step desizing process within liquid ammonia finishing speed of 40 m/min in the pretreatment process can improve the easy-care property and reduce the resin content of the fabric. When the resin content is 200g/L, the wash and wear performance of fabric can reach 3.5 level, and the resin content is lower than 7%.
