Abstract: In order to establish an objective and effective evaluation and test method for weight-added floss silk, this paper took floss silk from 50 batches of natural silk quilts as the research object, and conducted qualitative and quantitative research on different weight-added floss silk by scouring and discoloration of concentrated hydrochloric acid. Results indicated that for the physical weight-added floss silk, the dichloromethane dissolution method(dissolution temperature 38 ℃, dissolution time 1.5 hours)can be used for detection and evaluation; for chemically grafted weight-added floss silk, the discoloration method of 36% to 38% concentrated hydrochloric acid can be used for carrying out testing and evaluation, so as to provide a basis for standardizing the testing methods and standards-setting of the weight-added floss silk industry.
