Abstract: Based on the digitalization, continuity and information requirements of spinning production,logistics and management processes, the paper integrates decentralized control functions, integrates relatively separate yarn design and processing processes, and integrates relatively independent on-site control and remote monitoring to build an integrated intelligent control system for ring spinning. Based on the chronological yarn parameters, the intelligent control system can realize the digital intelligent control of the motion law of the spinning frame and the spinning process parameters; the system can convert the digital signal detected by the sensor into the operating parameters of the ring-spinning system, spinning process parameters, and yarn structure parameters, and displaying them visually; the system can also upload the input and output signals of the on-site controller to the cloud platform, which can achieve remote monitoring and intelligent control of the spinning frame based on mobile devices and remote control platform.
