Product Development Status of China’s Consumer Market Based on the 2019 Top Ten Textile Innovative Products

Abstract: Entrusted by the Consumer Goods Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the China National Textile and Apparel Council has carried out the work of cultivating and promoting the ten categories of top textile innovative products for three years since 2017.The paper takes the textile innovative products of the top ten categories in 2019 as an example. After an indepth analysis of product characteristics, it is found that the hot selling products in the domestic consumer market pay more attention to the applications of new fibres and technologies in terminal area, and focus on integration of technology, fashion and green features, and the products with the characteristics of creative design, cultural value, intelligent technology, consumption experience and ecohealth have won the favor of consumers.
