Abstract: This paper mainly studied the winding technology, dyeing technology and reduction cleaning technology of PLA fiber package yarn. Results showed that the appropriate density of package yarn could prevent the uneven dyeing of the PLA fiber caused by dyeing shrinkage. When the pH value was 4 ~ 5, the PLA fiber could obtain a higher dyeing rate after dyeing at 100 ℃ for 40 min at a reasonable heating rate. At the same time, the reduction cleaning conditions should be strictly controlled, otherwise, the color depth and color intensity would be significantly changed.
