Abstract: In line with the characteristics of high-viscosity polyester chips, the paper carried out an optimization design in the equipment of the new HMLS polyester industrial filament, including screw extruder, spinning manifold, circular air blow unit, lubricating device, and winding machine. Through the reasonable distribution of melt pressure loss and residence time, to meet the high-strength, heat resistance,dimensional stability and other process requirements of the new generation of HMLS polyester industrial yarns from the equipment point of view.
