Abstract: The traditional wool textile industry needs to realize intelligent transformation. The lean layout is its foundation, workshop logistics automation is the means, and information software application is the focus. Therefore, it is an inevitable trend to introduce the single-piece flow production method of lean management, especially the lean layout and the single-piece flow material automation design must be done before the new factory is built. Taking the Consinee Group intelligent factory project as an example, this paper introduces the production practice of transforming the traditional discrete processing mode of spinning into a continuous (single-piece flow) processing mode, which simplifies and speeds up the production line operation, so as to adapt to the small quantities , diversified, personalized marketing model.
