Abstract: The paper takes Russia, Pakistan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan as the research objects, and takes the location selection of Xinjiang’s cotton spinning enterprises as the research content. The location selection evaluation index system is constructed based on the questionnaire survey results for empirical analysis.The research conclusions will provide a reference for the location selection of Xinjiang cotton spinning enterprises for international capacity cooperation.
