Abstract: PA56 fiber inherits the excellent performance of PA66 fiber, and has the characteristics of good moisture absorption and flame retardation, etc., owning a good application prospect. The thermalexpansion coefficient, crystallinity, glass transition temperature and melting temperature of PA56 are all lower than that of PA66. Therefore, the relevant parameters should be controlled during the spinning process, which is explained in detail in the paper based on production practice.
