Abstract: The vertical restraint theory of carbon fiber enterprises mainly studies the establishment of relatively stable trading relationships between upstream and downstream enterprises by signing contracts. On the basis of summarizing the existing vertical restraint theory, motivation and model, the paper summarizes the model of vertical restraint of major carbon fiber companies around the world, and discusses and analyzes their motivation, so as to provide a reference for the development of domestic carbon fiber enterprises.
