Abstract: This paper summarizes the novel technology to improve the production, activity and stability of laccase and its application in textile industry, and analyzes the application prospect of laccase in textile field. The importance of molecular directed evolution, ionic liquids, nanobiotechnology and microreactor immobilization were elaborated. The application progress of laccase in textile field was reviewed. At present, laccase is mainly used in fiber modification, bleaching effect of cotton fabric, decolorization and detoxification of textile dyes, biological dyeing, and biosensor detection of wearable electronic equipment.Finally, researches focus of laccase in the textile field was analyzed. Application of laccase in reducing the production cost of laccase, accelerating the pollution-free treatment and promoting the innovative application were prospected.
