Abstract: With the improvement of people's living standards, people pay more attention to the functionality of textiles. Based on the antibacterial mechanism, antibacterial agents and antibacterial finishing technology, etc., this paper introduces various types of antibacterial agents for polyester fiber antibacterial finishing in recent years, and analyzes the problems existing in the use of these antibacterial agents. Meanwhile, the paper also introduces several antibacterial finishing technologies,i.e., microcapsule antibacterial finishing, blending antibacterial finishing, etc., and looks forward to the development direction of antibacterial finishing technology.
