Abstract: The Made in China 2025 Initiative works to build China into a leader in manufacturing in 2025, so as to boost China's economy with the prosperity and strength of the manufacturing industry. Emerging technologies, such as Internet of Things, intelligent manufacturing, big data, additive manufacturing and Internet Plus, will lead the transformation and upgrading of the textile industry during the 13th “Fiveyear Plan” period（2016－2020）. This paper expounds the construction of cloud service platform of textile intelligent manufacturing, including data collection of spinning equipment industry, establishment of industrial big data database, equipment collaborative design and theoretical research of textile machinery.
