— Taking Mr.R Clothes Recycling as an Example

Abstract: With technology companies entering the field of clothes recycling, it has strong advantages in software development and capabilities in the platform operation compared with conventional recycling enterprises. By effectively connecting with offline resources, it achieves less investment and lower operating costs, and can quickly reach the online population, promoting the recycling of idle clothing. This paper takes reverse logistics model of Mr.R Clothes Recycling as the research object. Through field research and interviews, the paper analyzes the implementation effect of the model, and hope to provide experience for other related companies.
