Abstract: A kind of red fluorescent material was used to print cotton fabric. Printed fabrics with high red fluorescence and UV absorbability were prepared. An orthogonal experiment was conducted to research the effects of the binder content, curing temperature and curing time on fastness to rubbing, soaping fastness, fastness to brush washing, UV transmittance, fluorescence spectrum and fluorescence quantum yield of printed fabric. Results indicated that the optimal process is dosage of binder content 30%, curing temperature 130 ℃, and curing time 3 minutes.
