Abstract: The implementation of green weaving and product development was a systematic project, which should carry out the green design of the whole process. This paper focuses on three important ways to realize: firstly, the selection of green textile raw materials, such as the use of green fiber, dope dyed fiber,colored spun yarn and interlaced yarn; secondly, the green processing technology of pretreatment, i.e., winding, warping, drawing in, as well as green sizing technology, that is, rational selection of green sizing agent and optimization of sizing process; thirdly, comprehensive technical measures in weaving process, such as the use of energy saving equipment, purified water in winter stored underground for summer use, innovation of gas supply, and optimization of efficient technology.
