Abstract: In order to meet the technical requirements of “good elasticity, high tenacity, and easy to desizing” for pure cotton yarn-dyed iron-free fabric, this paper carried out a comprehensive study on non-PVA ecofriendly sizing process. In the experiment, the sizing process and technical control measures of “medium concentration, low viscosity, medium pressure, low elongation, and guaranteed moisture regain” were adopted, making its quality performance of sizing meet the production requirements. Experimental results indicated that the weaving efficiency was as high as 94%, and the first-class product rate reached 99.7%, which can realize the mass production of pure cotton yarn-dyed iron-free fabric.
