Development of Nanofiber-based PM2.5 Filter Material Based on Watersoluble Polymer

2018年8月16日

Abstract: PAA and PVA blended nanofiber membranes were prepared by electrospinning and heat treated. The nanofibrous membranes were characterized by SEM and FTIR, and their hydrolysis resistance and filtration performance were evaluated. The results showed that the optimum spinning mass fraction of PVA/PAA solution was 17%, and the mass ratio of PVA to PAA was 1∶1. After heat treatment at 160 ℃, PVA/PAA nanofiber filter membrane had excellent hydrolysis resistance and filtration performance. The filtration efficiency of the particles with a diameter of 0.3 μm or more is 99.477%, the filtration resistance is only 88 Pa, and the shape can still be maintained in 85 ℃ hot water.
