Abstract: To meet people’s increasing need for thermal materials, a fiber material that imitates the natural properties of goose down was developed based on bi-component melt-blowing process. The composite material helps the imitation goose down improve thermal insulation properties and provides it with soft hand. Related tests show that this material has good heat insulation property; when air velocity is at 30 ~40 m/s, the air permeability decreases first and then increases along with the increase of receiving distance,and when air velocity reaches 50 m/s, the air permeability increases first and then decreases as the receiving distance increases.
