Abstract: Over the last decade, the demand for 3D micro-nano structures in the fields of tissue engineering and robotics has been increasing. And orderly arranged three-dimensional structure could be prepared by improving the melt electro-spinning process. This paper describes the principle of controlled molding via melt electro-spinning, and summarizes different melt electro-spinning techniques for obtaining ordered fiber structure. Then it points out that it is necessary to further optimize the melt electro-spinning process, and investigates the mechanism of electrostatic repulsion to obtain three-dimensional micro-nano structures with higher accuracy and better mechanical properties, so as to expand their application fields.
