Abstract: This paper first reviews the development history of spinning technology and analyzes the challenges confronting spinning technology; then it introduces the configuration of three-channel digitalized spinning system in details, including how to convert the roving combination mode of the three-channel digitalized spinning system and how to adjust and control the drafting ratio of each channel, the blending ratio and density of the result yarn, etc. and finally, it discusses the technology and process for producing various fancy yarn and related samples such as mélange yarn, segment colored yarn, gradient color yarn, slubbed yarn, color slub yarn.
