Abstract: This paper first introduces the application and performance requirements of car seat fabric, and then it summarizes the principle of designing warp-knitted car seat fabric from the aspects of equipment, raw materials, unit pattern and structure, which highlights enhancing the level of car seat while reducing costs, and which is illustrated with samples in ripple pattern.
