Abstract: This paper introduced several methods of textile magnetic finishing and related processing technology. The magnetic properties of the finished textiles were different after being finished by different methods, such as surface coating and impregnation. In the finishing process, there were many factors that could affect the effect of magnetic finishing, such as the type of magnetic powder, magnetic particle content. It can be predicted that the magnetic finishing process will play an important role in the fields of medical care, electromagnetic shielding, non-woven materials and so on.
