Abstract: This paper analyzes the process parameters that affect fancy yarn appearance, such as overfeed ratio, draft ratio, twist, tension, etc. By choosing raw materials for the core yarn, decorative yarn and fixed yarn, and by designing the spinning process, boucle yarn, loop yarn, knot yarn and slub yarn are developed,which provide reference to the practical production of fancy yarn.
