Abstract: Using T110 D/84 f/12 island-in-the-sea yarn × T140 D/136 f DTY copper ion yarn (Cupron) as raw material, a knitted fabric with three-dimensional texture effect as well as soft and comfortable, breathable, antibacterial, moisture absorption and other functions, which can be used for shoe upper, was designed and developed. The knitting and dyeing processes and the key technologies for making this fabric were discussed. This may provide certain reference to the development of diversified shoe upper knitted fabric in the future.
