Abstract: This paper discussed the production process of high-imitation mink fur. It pointed out that the raw materials for producing high-imitation mink fur are blends of coarse-denier and fine-denier acrylic fibers; the holding time of different colors is different; after lubrication, the moisture content of fine-denier acrylic fiber is 11%, the coarse-denier acrylic fiber is 15%. The temperature of boarding machine is controlled at 130 ～150 ℃, the width is（155±2）cm, the weight is controlled at 1 000 g/m², the height of fluff is 15 ～ 18 mm.
