Abstract: According to the characteristics of the mulberry branches, mulberry peeling machine for fast peeling was designed and developed; mulberry fiber and pectin were extracted using cycle degumming device, the fiber’s spinnability was studied, and mulberry fiber yarn and its functional textiles were developed; non-woven products can be developed by preparing film with incompletely-degummed mulberry fiber on film-forming apparatus, thus enhancing the added value of products. So biomass mulberry fiber has a very broad market prospect and great industrialization potential.
