Abstract: In this paper, the dyeing process of low liquor ratio (1∶6) for reactive turquoise blue was studied. ReactEVO^® process, which is low temperature and short washing process, was compared with the conventional soaping process. The optimal dyeing process of reactive turquoise blue in low liquor ratio was studied by the determination of K/S value, soaping fastness and rubbing fastness. The effect of energy saving and emission reduction of ReactEVO^® washing process were analyzed.
