Abstract: This article describes a new method for producing a thermal fabric which has a special structure resulting from the stereo concavo-convex pattern interwoven with two sets of warp and three sets of weft. First by optimizing the process design, the best weaving process which could get the best visual effect of keyboard-like pattern was obtained. Then the fabric was produced with jacquard loom on which alphabetic letters like those on keyboard were woven with jacquard technique. Finally a good thermal fabric which has high similarity with keyboard and strong three-dimensional effect was obtained.
