Abstract: With the progress of science and technology information industry, the development modes for fashion products have been innovated consistently. At the same time, the important influence of the client orientation has been highlighted on fashion products innovation. In the traditional modes, the participation of client in the improvement of products was only considered as an auxiliary section by the enterprises. But in the new mode, clients participated actively in the product’s innovation, leading the products development and production, and even price settlement. Related enterprises should innovate the traditional development mode to ensure the rapidity, freshness of their fashion products, and fulfill clients’ multiplex needs, having the clients’ needs to lead and drive the improvement and invention of products. This article analyzed the methods, process, advantages and the importance of the client-oriented fashion products development. This new mode could not only improve the efficiency of products innovation chains, and would also contribute to the fast development of the whole fashion industry system.
