Abstract: The paper discusses the key technical points in the process of spinning cationic polyester/viscose blended yarn. It recommends that the cationic polyester fiber should be pre-treated and attention should be paid to the inlets and outlets at the mixer, so that the two kinds of fibers can be blended accurately and uniformly. In order to ensure better quality of the resulted yarn, process parameters for each step should be optimized, the surface of rubber rollers should be coated for anti-winding, strict control should be taken over temperature and humidity of each process step, smooth operation be guaranteed and daily maintenance work and basic management be strengthened.
